Our Satisfaction Guarantee

At Vluzarinvod, we take pride in the quality of our work. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we stand behind every stitch we make.

Alteration Services

For alteration services, we offer the following guarantee:

• If you are not satisfied with the fit, bring your garment back within 7 days
• We will make necessary adjustments at no additional cost
• The garment must be in the same condition as when picked up
• Original receipt or order confirmation is required

Custom Tailoring

For custom tailoring and bespoke garments:

• Multiple fittings are included to ensure perfect fit before completion
• Final adjustments are included within 14 days of delivery
• Custom orders are non-refundable once fabric has been cut
• Changes to design after approval may incur additional charges

Repair Services

For garment repairs:

• If the repair does not meet the agreed specifications, we will redo it free of charge
• Claims must be made within 7 days of pickup
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed at drop-off

Deposits and Cancellations

Regarding deposits for custom work:

• Deposits are required for custom tailoring projects
• Deposits are fully refundable if canceled before work begins
• Once fabric is purchased or work has started, deposits are non-refundable
• Project cancellation fees may apply depending on work completed

Pickup Policy

Please note the following regarding garment pickup:

• Completed items should be picked up within 30 days of notification
• Items not picked up within 90 days may be donated or disposed of
• Storage fees may apply for items held beyond 30 days

How to Make a Claim

If you are not satisfied with our work, please:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your garment
• Bring the garment to our shop for inspection
• Bring your receipt or order confirmation
• Explain the issue so we can resolve it promptly
